Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of WeekEase, provided by COCOTOFY LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What WeekEase is

WeekEase is a personal planning and reflection tool that helps you organize a workweek transition. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, employment, or financial advice; it is not a crisis service; and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Subscriptions

WeekEase offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price and billing period shown in the purchase sheet at confirmation control. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access normally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable use

You may use WeekEase for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, disrupt the app or purchase systems, circumvent access controls, use it to violate another person’s rights, or resell access without written permission.

Your content and device

You are responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining appropriate device access and backups. WeekEase stores plan content locally. We do not promise that local data can be recovered after deletion, device failure, or loss.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep WeekEase reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. TestFlight versions are prerelease software and may change or expire.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeekEase is provided “as is” and “as available.” COCOTOFY LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using WeekEase at any time. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
